Does ExtremoAI send messages automatically without my control?
No. All workflows are user-configured and operator-controlled. ExtremoAI provides AI-assisted automation. Businesses configure what the assistant responds to and how. ExtremoAI does not initiate unsolicited outreach.
What do I need to get started?
A Facebook Business Page and a valid Page Access Token with Messenger permissions. Setup is guided through the Settings page after your purchase is activated.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel before your next billing period and you won't be charged again. Your dashboard access remains active until your current period ends.
Is my data and access token secure?
Yes. Your Page Access Token and business data are stored securely. Tokens are used solely to power your configured communication workflows and are never shared with third parties.
