Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description
ExtremoAI is an AI-powered customer support and inbox management platform developed and operated by Extremo. The service enables businesses to assist customer support teams with inquiry handling, inbox organization, and communication workflows using AI technology.
By accessing or using ExtremoAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Subscription
Access to ExtremoAI requires a paid subscription of $100 per month. Your subscription grants you access to the full suite of features listed on the pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3. User Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information during setup.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials.
- Ensuring your Facebook Page Access Token is valid and has necessary permissions.
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Ensuring your use of the service does not violate the rights of any third party.
4. Facebook / Meta Compliance
ExtremoAI interacts with Facebook's Messenger API on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with:
- Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
- Meta's Messenger Platform Policy
- Facebook's Community Standards
ExtremoAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Access Token Responsibility
Your Facebook Page Access Token is your property and your responsibility. ExtremoAI uses this token solely to assist your configured customer communication workflows. You must:
- Never share your token with unauthorized parties.
- Revoke and replace the token immediately if you suspect compromise.
- Ensure the token has the required permissions for support communication workflows.
ExtremoAI is not liable for service interruptions caused by expired, invalid, or revoked tokens.
6. AI Response Limitations
ExtremoAI uses the Extremo Powered Language Model to generate AI-assisted response suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or contextually perfect.
- You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's system memory and behavior through Settings.
- ExtremoAI is not liable for any business outcome resulting from AI-generated responses sent to your customers.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ExtremoAI to:
- Use the service for unsolicited outreach, bulk promotional messaging, or prohibited communication practices.
- Harass, deceive, or mislead customers or third parties.
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws.
- Circumvent Facebook's policies or Messenger usage guidelines.
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business communication.
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
8. Payment
All payments are processed through our designated payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable monthly fee. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime for ExtremoAI. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, third-party API outages (including Facebook and the Extremo Language Model service), or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Your subscription payment fails or is disputed.
- We receive reports of misuse or abusive behavior from the platform.
- Your account activity poses a risk to the service or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extremo and ExtremoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, or damage to business reputation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the month the claim arose.
12. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of ExtremoAI at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via the platform or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of Extremo.
