Transaction Policy

1. Subscription Payments

ExtremoAI operates on a monthly subscription model priced at $100 USD per month. Payment must be completed in full before service access is granted. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

2. Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle begins on the date your payment is successfully processed. Subsequent payments are due every 30 days. If payment is not received by the renewal date, access to ExtremoAI may be suspended until payment is completed.

You will receive renewal reminders before each billing date where possible.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason:

  • Your service may be automatically suspended.
  • You will be notified and given a grace period to resolve the payment issue.
  • Access will be restored upon successful payment.

Repeated failed payments may result in account termination.

4. Payment Verification

All payments must be verified before service activation. Once payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, your account subscription end date will be updated and full dashboard access will be granted.

If payment verification takes longer than expected, contact us with your payment receipt for manual review.

5. Service Activation

Upon successful payment and verification:

  • Your subscription end date will be set 30 days from the payment date.
  • Full access to the ExtremoAI dashboard will be activated.
  • You may begin configuring your Facebook Page and enabling your support workflows immediately.

6. Payment Gateway Processing

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By completing a payment, you agree to that gateway's terms and conditions. ExtremoAI does not store your card details or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

The payment gateway is responsible for the security of financial transactions. ExtremoAI is not liable for errors or delays on the part of the payment processor.

7. Taxes and Fees

All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction. ExtremoAI does not collect VAT or local taxes unless legally required to do so in a specific region.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension.
  • Permanent ban from the service.
  • Recovery of any outstanding amounts through appropriate channels.

If you have a legitimate dispute, please contact us first at extremoai.online before initiating any chargeback with your payment provider.

9. Transaction Records

ExtremoAI maintains records of subscription payments for account management purposes. You can request a summary of your transaction history by contacting us. Transaction records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
