Refund Policy

1. Subscription Nature

ExtremoAI is a monthly subscription service. Access to the platform and its features begins immediately upon payment and service activation. Because the service is made available right away, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

2. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered, except in cases of documented technical failure caused exclusively by ExtremoAI.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are not guaranteed after service activation. An approved refund may only be issued under the following condition:

  • A verified technical failure caused directly by ExtremoAI that prevents core service functionality and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Misuse of the service — including configuration errors or improper use.
  • Wrong or invalid access token — a token that does not have the required Facebook Messenger permissions.
  • Meta / Facebook permission issues — including account restrictions, page policy violations, or Messenger access revoked by Meta.
  • User-side configuration problems — incorrect business name, missing system memory, or improper dashboard setup.
  • Change of mind — after service has been activated and used.
  • Third-party service outages — including downtime from Facebook or other external services.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at extremoai.online within the eligible window. Please include:

  • Your registered email address or Client ID.
  • Payment date and transaction reference.
  • A detailed description of the issue encountered.
  • Any screenshots or evidence supporting your claim.

We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. ExtremoAI is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
