  • Account Information — Email address and credentials used to access the dashboard.
  • Business Information — Business name and operational details you configure in Settings.
  • Facebook Page ID — The unique identifier of your connected Facebook Page.
  • Page Access Token — The token required to interact with the Facebook Messenger API on your behalf.
  • Customer Conversation Data — Messages exchanged between your connected channels and customers, processed to generate AI-assisted support suggestions.
  • Orders and Inventory Data — Business records you store within the dashboard.
  • System Logs — Technical logs of system activity for debugging and service improvement.

3. Facebook Page ID and Access Token

Your Facebook Page ID and Page Access Token are stored securely in our database and are used exclusively to:

  • Receive and process incoming Messenger messages via Facebook's Webhook API.
  • Provide AI-assisted response drafts for your configured communication workflows.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your Page credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for generating and revoking your access token through Meta's developer tools.

4. Customer Communication Data

When your system is active, ExtremoAI receives webhook events from connected communication channels. These include message content, sender IDs, and timestamps. This data is used to:

  • Generate contextual AI responses via the Extremo Powered Language Model.
  • Maintain conversation context for continuity.
  • Log system activity for your review.

Message content is not sold, monetized, or used for advertising purposes.

5. AI Processing

Responses generated by ExtremoAI are powered by the Extremo Powered Language Model. Message content is processed through our AI engine to generate relevant replies. We are committed to data privacy in all AI processing.

6. Payment and Subscription Data

ExtremoAI charges a monthly subscription of $100. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We retain records of subscription status and billing dates for account management purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted environment variable storage for API keys and tokens.
  • Server-side access controls for database records.
  • HTTPS enforcement for all data in transit.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard credentials and access tokens confidential.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation or termination, we may retain data for up to 30 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer. Conversation logs may be purged periodically to manage storage.

9. Third-Party Services

ExtremoAI integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Facebook / Meta — Messenger API, Webhook
  • Extremo Language Model — AI response generation
  • ElevenLabs — Optional text-to-speech features
  • Payment Processor — Subscription billing (to be connected)
